We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The lobby reception service was excellent, with staff accommodating our requests and always wearing a smile. The provision of self-serve orange cordial drinks in the lobby was fantastic, offering a refreshing relief from the hot weather outside. The lobby decor, especially for the Christmas theme, was very well done. The security access features of the hotel were top-notch, making us feel safe and secure. The individual room wall themes were outstanding, creating a refreshing and unique bedroom environment. The hotel's facilities and quality outweighed any setbacks, making it a great choice for a budget accommodation. The location was convenient, with night drinking spots, a convenient store, and the famous Yi Jia seafood restaurant nearby. We also appreciated that it was within walking distance to the city area.
Everything was spot on.

The airport was 16 miles away. So close to many local attractions, including the pelangi leisure mall, which is just 10 mins on foot...

The breakfast was good and there were plenty of options for everyone. the location is convenient for shopping and eating out as there are many nearby malls and eateries. We also enjoyed the friendly staff who were always easy to talk to and assisted us promptly.
The rooms were not up to par. the TV channels were fuzzy and we could only access two cable channels.

Located close to the CIQ border crossing to Singapore, Bliss Boutique Hotel is a convenient choice for business travelers. It is also near Pelangi Shopping Centre, making it easy to find food and do some shopping after a long day of work. the hotel provides a free shuttle service to the nearby mall, adding to its accessibility.
The hotel lacks some essential facilities, such as a swimming pool or gym, which can be a downside for travelers looking for a more relaxing stay.

Nicely maintained, and unique room interior wall paintings. Clean and neat.
The neighborhood doesn't look as impressive as it is inside the hotel.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are affordable and the attention to detail is impressive. The hotel is conveniently located within a 5-minute walking distance to Pelangi Mall and other eateries. The staff provide excellent service and the basic amenities, such as the rooms with 1 Queen bed and 1 single bed, are comfortable. I particularly liked the rooms with a bathtub, which added a touch of luxury to the stay. Despite not having a window, the rooms were still cozy and well-maintained. The breakfast served was delicious and a great way to start the day.
The TV channel selection could be improved.

Uniquely designed rooms to choose. Simple and minimal.
Noisy main street and slow check in (waited 30 mins)

The staff were all very friendly & courteous. Everyone frm e reception to the chambermaids to the security were always smiling and ready to greet us. Special mention of the guest relation lady(I think her name was Rani?). She was very helpful in trying to assist in securing wifi connection(which was mentioned was available). Though eventually it failed, I appreciate her prompt assistance in trying to solve e issue. Upon check out, we asked for directions to ksl city and she personally stepped out of the hotel with me to explain e route. When I decided to cab to e mall, she had a staff(who was also all smiles and couteous greetings) flag down a cab for us. E hotel and its rooms are small bt the limited space are all efficiently used to e best that one can think of. Design of rooms were interesting ad had a "homely" feel.

We had a secure parking area where we could safely leave our car without worrying about it. The hotel also provided a complimentary shuttle bus service, which was a convenient way to get around and explore the area without having to worry about transportation. the hotel had a helpful and friendly receptionist who went above and beyond to assist us with paying a parking fine, even though it was not her responsibility.
Our room did not live up to our expectations. It was advertised as a "deluxe" room, but it was far from luxurious.

Design of the hotel is outstanding, the attention to detail in the quality of fixtures and fittings and facilities is excellent, coupled with a perfect location for shopping spree. As a boutique hotel, the standard of cleanliness and having a security guard who stationed 24hrs truly amazed us.

Having stayed in some of the best hotels around the globe, Bliss boutique Hotel is one of the vey few hotels that left a very deep impression on me. Friendy and very helpful staff, the hotel ambience, very comfortable and very clean room & design says it all. Took the most expensive room in the hotel and comparing to similar Boutique Type Hotel in other city, I must say it is extraordinary value . Lot of style and attention to details in Decor. Keep it up Blss Boutique Hotel! I will definitely book the hotel again and strongly recommend it!
